UPLIFT A CLUB
Clubs have a life cycle. At certain times member proficiency may be low due to there being more new than experienced members. Alternatively, perhaps all members have been around some time and lost the sparkle in their eye about Toastmasters. Perhaps guests do not convert causing low membership – or maybe there is high membership but low attendance to meetings. A club coach can be a great help giving a new perspective, ideas, and inspiration to a struggling club.
