LAST-MINUTE ROLE ASSIGNMENTS
Brown bag meetings add an extra level of energy to your regular meeting, because no one knows what role they will get before the meeting starts! Have everyone draw slips out of a bag to determine which role they will fill. Also a great way to mix up who does what if certain members tend to take the same roles every week.
