Advise Contestants have been shown timing light location.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Advise no photography or phones &#8211; please turn off\/to silent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-square-o\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> <strong>Contestant Introductions<br \/>\n<\/strong>1.\u00a0Contestants will be introduced without remarks on their club, location of residence, or any other background information.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Introduction is by Name, Speech Title, Speech Title, and Name.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Observe 1 minute of silence after each Contestant so Judges can write notes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\" data-title=\"End &amp; Results\"><div class=\"su-list\" style=\"margin-left:0px\">\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-square-o\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> <strong>After All Contestants Have Presented<br \/>\n<\/strong>1.\u00a0Judges will complete their ballots as quickly as possible.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Counters collect the ballots.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0Chief Judge collects and verifies the Timer Sheet from the Timers.<br \/>\n4. Chief Judge &amp; Counters leave the room to tabulate the results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-square-o\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> <strong>Contestant Interviews<br \/>\n<\/strong>1.\u00a0While Chief Judge &amp; Counters tabulate results, the Chair will introduce the contestants again.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Club, area, and district of the contestant are announced.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0The chair briefly interviews the contestant.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0Then provides them with a certificate of participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><i class=\"sui sui-square-o\" style=\"color:#333\"><\/i> <strong>Results<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Once all participation certificates have been delivered, the Chair receives the results from the Chief Judge.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0Disqualifications are announced without naming the affected participants.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0If there are 5 or more participants, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place are all provided.<br \/>\n4. If there are 4 or less participants, only 1st and 2nd place are announced.<br \/>\n5.
